The platform

Everything a used-car store does, in one system.

Eight surfaces, one customer record, one deal, one audit trail. This is the full inventory of what ships today — not a roadmap.

Sales & CRM

Catch every lead, and actually follow up

Leads land with their source attached, route to the right rep, and stay on somebody's list until they're closed. Appointments, birthday and service reminders, and drip campaigns run without anyone remembering to run them.

  • Lead capture with source and vehicle-of-interest attribution
  • Appointments with calendar invites in the dealership's own timezone
  • Automatic reminders for birthdays, service intervals, and registration
  • Drip campaigns and templates that stop the moment a customer replies
  • Quotes a customer can accept, which convert straight into a deal

Service & fixed ops

Estimates a customer approves by signature

Book the appointment, build the estimate, and send it to the customer to sign before a wrench moves. Approvals, work orders, parts, invoices, and credit notes stay attached to the vehicle and the customer who owns it.

  • Appointment scheduling against real bay capacity
  • Estimates sent for signed customer authorisation
  • Work orders, parts, labour, invoices, and credit notes
  • Inspections recorded against the VIN, not a clipboard
  • Recon work billed internally to the stock number

In service

  • Appointment booking against bay capacity
  • Repair estimates built from parts and labour
  • Estimates sent to the customer for signed authorisation
  • Signed approval recorded before work begins
  • Work orders with technician assignment
  • Parts and labour lines with pricing
  • Service invoices and credit notes
  • Vehicle inspections recorded against the VIN
  • Internal recon billed to the stock number
  • Service history attached to the customer and vehicle
Dealer network

Move wholesale units without leaving the system

Publish a rooftop profile, list units to other dealers on the network, and run live auctions with real-time bidding. Offers, messages, and settlement all stay inside the same audited system that ran the retail deal.

  • Dealer directory and published rooftop profiles
  • Wholesale listings visible only to verified dealers
  • Live auctions with real-time bidding and watchers
  • Offers, counters, and messaging attached to the listing
  • Settlement and wholesale bills of sale on the same document engine

In the dealer network

Reporting

The numbers, without an export

Front and back gross, units, inventory age, tax remittance, and demand — computed from the same records the store works in, so the report and the deal can never disagree.

  • Sales and profit by rep, by month, front and back
  • Inventory ageing and turn by stock number
  • Tax remittance totals by jurisdiction, ready to file
  • Demand reporting on what shoppers are actually asking for
  • Group-wide roll-ups across every rooftop you run

In reporting

  • Dashboard with pipeline, gross, and unit counts
  • Pending, delivered, and funded gross by stage
  • Sales reporting by rep and by month

  • 160+ permissions, right down to rate override and cost visibility
  • Multi-rooftop groups with group-wide roles and dashboards
  • Staff invitations, offboarding, and access revocation
  • A help desk inside the product, threaded to our support team

Foundations

The parts you only notice when they're missing

These aren't features on a comparison chart. They're the decisions that determine whether the software is still trustworthy in year three.

Money always carries currency

Every amount is integer cents plus an explicit currency. No floating-point drift, no ambiguous 'dollars' when a group runs both sides of the border.

Jurisdictions, not states

ISO-3166-2 codes everywhere — US-NY, CA-ON, CA-QC. The two-letter state field is the bug that shows up the day you sell into another country.

Isolation by database policy

Row-level security is written per command, so a soft-deleted row can't slip through a blanket rule and an application bug can't become a data breach.

The audit log can't be rewritten

UPDATE, DELETE, and TRUNCATE are revoked at the database. Entries are hash-chained and sealed daily; verification says where a chain broke.

Bilingual from the first template

French isn't a translation layer added later — the French document templates are first-class, which is the only way Bill 96 actually works.

Timezone belongs to the rooftop

Appointments, reminders, and scheduled jobs run in the dealership's own IANA timezone rather than the server's.

See the whole thing in thirty minutes

We'll run a real deal end to end — desk it, document it, sign it, and show you what the audit record looks like when it's done.
