Privacy Notice
Quikdealer provides dealer management software to independent auto dealers. This notice explains how we handle personal information in the application, documents, and communication flows we operate for dealerships.

Information We Process
Contact details, identity documents, driver's licence details, credit-application data, communications, appointments, e-signature records, and transaction records.
Dealerships remain responsible for their own customer obligations; Quikdealer primarily acts as their service provider and processor.
Use
We use data to provide the DMS/CRM, generate documents, screen sanctions lists, maintain audit logs, secure accounts, and meet legal obligations.
We do not use a dealership's customer data to sell lists or run behavioural advertising.
Access, Correction, and Deletion
Access or correction requests may be sent to the dealership or to the privacy contact above.
Where deletion is legally available, personal data is anonymized; required tax, finance, signature, and audit records are retained for the applicable period.
